Teresa Payne will describe how the Cumberland Habitat Conservation Plan will balance the habitat protection of endangered and threatened species with development in Cumberland County. This plan when completed will need the ratification of both the City Council and County Commission to go into effect. 3pm March 24 at the Common Ground. (405 W. 4th St. in Crossville.)
