February through March a committee of stakeholders representing a diversity of sectors convened to build consensus on the Alliance three year plan. Our Strategic Plan is formed with buy-in and consensus from our entire membership network of state and federal agencies, conservation non-profits, chambers of commerce, and other community based organizations throughout the region we serve. The final document can be navigated using the links below and members of the Alliance are welcome to sign in and post their comments/suggestions. We are proposing that this plan be accepted by our membership on August 3rd at our Summer Meeting.
